的目的 有志校长计划 就是招募, train, support and retain high quality leaders, who will increase student achievement and close the achievement gap.  This program provides professional development, shadowing, and mentoring support to program participants. Workshops will focus on developing the qualities and skills of an effective principal, so that all participants are prepared to successfully lead safe, inclusive, diverse campuses where all students thrive socially, emotionally, 和学术.
